Whole saltwater Barramundi, caught in Northern Territory, Australia. With a firm texture and mild flavour, Barramundi is the easiest fish to bake or barbecue, and works with a myriad of delicious flavours.

Please note the advertised weight is based on the whole fish before any preparation or parts are removed.

The weight you receive after the fish is cleaned and prepared will be approximately 40 – 50%  of the total weight, depending on which options are selected as the head, tail, scales, skin, gills, bones and guts are removed.
