Who doesn’t crave a warm, toasted Lobster Roll?
Ingredients
- 3 Eastern Rock Lobsters
- 1 Celery Stalk finely chopped
- 2 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp Fesh Chives (Chopped)
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- Black Pepper Freshly ground
- 6 Hot Dog buns
- 2 tbsp Unsalted Butter
Instructions
- Crack Lobster shells
- Pick meat from tail and legs
- Cut Lobster into half inch pieces
- Mix Lobster, Celery, Lemon Juice, Chives and Mayonnaise in a bowl
- Season with Salt and Pepper to taste
- Spread flat sides of Hot Dog buns with butter and cook until golden (about 2 mins per side)
- Fill buns with Lobster mixture and serve
