Tangy Seafood Sauce Recipe
Instructions
  1. Combine Worcestershire Sauce, tomato sauce, whole egg mayonnaise and lemon juice in a bowl.
  2. Cover and place in the fridge for at least an hour (can be made a day ahead).
  3. Season with Tabasco sauce, and salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Serve with cooked tiger prawns, or seafood of your choice.

Tip:

Seafood sauce is the perfect addition to virtually all seafood, especially with Australian prawns. To make a prawn cocktail, place cooked prawns on a bed of shredded iceberg lettuce, generously drizzle with seafood sauce, and garnish with parsley and a wedge of lemon.
